Cedar Camp helps align the project team for success through every phase of construction. Ensuring all stakeholders understand their role, and expectations. From planning, approvals, scheduling, tendering, contracting through execution Cedar Camp Projects is on the team to deliver.
Close out commissioning and turnover
The step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction. Ensuring all approvals are in place and all systems are working as intended.
Warranty and follow up
On the 11th month of the 1 year anniversary since turnover Cedar Camp Projects will coordinate and host a warranty review / inspection. This follow up give an opportunity for the building team to ask any questions and have any warranty items addressed with the project team.
