Ron Lord, an accomplished construction leader in Atlantic Canada, progressed from a laborer to various pivotal roles, including project coordinator, project manager, superintendent, design manager, and vice president. He's now the driving force behind Cedar Camp Projects, a Construction Management and Development Group he founded in 2019, which has seen continuous growth despite the challenges of a pandemic.

Beyond construction, Ron loves to build; family, community, businesses, teams, and relationships. He's dedicated to inclusive hiring and building strength from within.

Ron's daily mission is turning concepts into reality, always with an eye on community, sustainability, and long-term success.

Operations Manager

Rodney Robinson is an accomplished professional and leader with over two decades of experience in project leadership and property management. Rodney has consistently led his teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.  

Being fluent in both French and English allows Rodney to engage with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex projects and situations. As a fast learner and innovative thinker, Rodney consistently seeks new and creative solutions to challenges, fostering a culture of innovation in his teams. 

Rodney's collaborative nature and exceptional relationship management skills have made him a valued team player in a variety of environments with many different clients.  

Rodney's daily mission is to overseeing the day-to-day operations of Cedar Camp Projects’ various commercial and residential projects.

Construction Manager

Derrick Black is a seasoned construction manager with over 30 years of construction experience and a vast range of experience on various construction methods and locations across Canada. 

Derricks open door leadership style bods well with our site teammates. The trust and respect for all parties on our jobsites is a true reflection of Derricks leadership and values as a person. 

Derricks daily mission is to lead our onsite trades and teammates with the upmost focus on Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget.
